Full review

Think of Credit Union Student Choice as an intermediary of sorts. They have a network of credit union affiliates that offer graduate student loans at various rates with certain set standards concerning eligibility and flexibility. You’ll notice we don’t publish a lot of important information on them, and that’s because the details of your loan will depend on the credit union affiliate you choose to borrow from.

Some things you can expect from any credit union you choose in their network: no origination fees, a multi-year option (saving you the hassle of re-applying for financing every year), an autopay discount, and no prepayment penalties. You should also expect to keep your grades up, as these loans require Satisfactory Academic Progress.

The downside: you’ll need to join the credit union affiliate if you seek to borrow from them. It’s not an insurmountable hurdle, but it’s a procedure to follow nonetheless.
