For well-qualified residents of Texas, Brazos Refinance Loans offer low fixed and variable interest rates. There is a 0.25% interest rate reduction available for borrowers enrolled in autopay. While there are no origination, application, or prepayment fees, Brazos does charge late fees. Borrowers have the option to customize their payment date to fit their schedule.
Repayment terms to refinance range from 5 to 20 years and there is no cosigner release available. Borrowers must be in reasonably good financial shape, as a minimum credit score of 720 and income of $60,000 are required to refinance. To refinance student loans with Brazos, the minimum loan size is $10,000, and the aggregate loan limits for undergraduate and graduate students are $150,000 and $400,000, respectively.
